    The Collio Bianco is a beautiful, exciting and balanced wine. One should always bear in mind that drinking pleasure is exactly what this wine is supposed to achieve. We find that it has achieved its goal with flying colours. The bouquet smells of honeydew melon, freshly picked Granny Smith apples and crushed mussels.
