      Dottore Palazzolo, a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot and dedicated to the founder, opens in a deep ruby red colour and with the aroma of ripe berries, a hint of vanilla, tobacco and black tar. Beguiling, full of extract and concentrated flavours of herbs and wild berries, yet full of elegance, with fine citrus acidity and wonderfully firm on the palate.
