Picolit is the king grape of Friuli. Noble sweet Spätlese with a bright clear and golden yellow colour that tends towards amber with increasing maturity. Its residual sugar is never broad, but plays in an aristocratic way with the well-integrated acidity and makes this fine dessert wine seem delicate, even feminine.
