"The Rosso Villa Castiglioni 2018 begins with a dusty and delicate bouquet of dried roses, chalk dust and blackcurrants. It is silky-soft and round on the palate. Juicy acidity and peppery wild berry fruit accompany it. The wine finishes with a lovely inner sweetness and a surprising length, leaving a slight hint of fine tannin. Very beautifully made.
