    The Garofoli winery is a true winemaking jewel from the Italian Marche region and is known for its terrificVerdicchio from the Castello di Jesi DOC. And so it is no surprise that the family business is now also showing what it can do in the Matelica DOC. This is where some of the best wines of their kind come from, mostly from the higher vineyards: complex, mineral, fresh and long-lasting.

    Bright straw yellow with green reflections. Intense aroma of meadow flowers and white stone fruit on the nose. Beautifully balanced acidity on the palate, mineral and with fine citrus notes, salty on the finish. Supèra is an interpretation of Matelica in the style of Garofoli - with a combination of tropical flavours and the austere minerality so typical of the region.
