The grapes for Massolino's Barbaresco come from the Starderi, Albesani and Serraboella vineyards. Medium garnet red in colour with rust-red highlights. A charming bouquet of bright red fruit, rose petals and violets. Rather delicate on the palate, with an elegance and finesse that is completely convincing even at a young age. The grapes for the Barbaresco come mainly from the top vineyards Pora, Ovello, Montestefano, Muncagota and Rio Sordo. Deep, lively ruby to garnet red colour. A broad bouquet of red fruits and biscuits with a hint of minerality. The palate is characterised by a rich, solid structure and a continuous development that ends in a long, fragrant final. “Bauda” Nizza Riserva DOCG 2017
Only in the best vintages are some plots of Olim Bauda's vineyards in the Nizza DOCG selected for the Riserva Bauda, in order to press one of the greatest wines of the entire appellation, which is still very young. The wait was clearly worth it. Strong purple red.
