    The ruby-red Sito Moresco is Angelo Gaja's "everyday wine" and is decidedly fresh and fruity and, since the 2020 vintage, has only been made from Barbera and Nebbiolo from plots in the best Barolo and Barbaresco vineyards. The bouquet has aromas of ripe cherries and berries, underpinned by subtle spicy notes. The rich flavour spreads out powerfully with densely woven tannins, mineral in the long final - everything comes together wonderfully here. SUPERIORE.DE
