A beautiful, very sensual, feminine wine, vinified only in the best vintages. Exquisitely scented with dark fruits, elegant and fine on the palate with lots of fruit and long. It was named after the nickname once given to the young wild Clerico by his father: Aeroplan Servaj - wild plane. And the décor of the six bottles is just as wild and creative, but see for yourself! "Quite polished red and somewhat black berry nose with nutty aromas, a little malt, dried herbs, black olives, chestnuts and tar. Ripe, tightly knit, partly preserved fruit with coffee and cocoa aromas, some smoky wood, chestnuts and malt, present yet ripe and friable tannins, lots of power and substance, some molasses in the background, cedary hints, a little tobacco and tar, still undeveloped, lots of power and substance, distinct wood spice, a little peppery and waxy notes, good depth, salt in the background, very good, firm finish."
