Percristina is only produced in the best years and only comes onto the market 10 years after the harvest. Sparkling, rich ruby-garnet colour. Fine bouquet of flowers, raspberries, roses, grilled rosemary and hints of liquorice. It is compact and polished on the palate, building up in many layers, then presents a dense, fine-meshed tannin and spans a terrificarc between fruit, spice and simultaneous juiciness.
