"Oudeis" has its origins in the Greek name "Odysseus" and means "nobody". And indeed, no one but the outstanding terroir of the Alta Langa is responsible for the complexity of Enrico Serafino's sparkling wines.

Delicate, copper-coloured pink with orange reflections. Elegant and mineral nose, with delicate hints of fruit, yeast and notes of grapefruit and redcurrants.
