An opulent Barbera Superiore with class, with an equally high-quality finish, full-bodied and dense with an intense ruby red colour. "Deep ruby. This is a top vintage, which clearly shows already just on the nose. Rich cherry and blackberry fruit tempered by cool, earthy and spicy notes adding depth and complexity. Small oak is probably involved but, if it is, it is hardly perceptible. Rich, succulent and tangy blackberry and sour-cherry fruit. Long and mouth-filling and with soft, grainy tannins.
