"If our Barbera d'Alba DOC is a traditional red wine from the Langhe, we consider Gisep to be a representative of a grape variety that is also capable of astonishment. Gisep means Giuseppe in Piedmontese: a tribute to our grandfather, who was instrumental in the development of our winery. We make it from a selection of grapes from different vineyards, and only in the best years. Structured and lush, pleasantly complex and rounded, yet surprisingly long-lasting and full of character."
