Prunotto's Barolo Bussia comes from the vineyard site of the same name in the shape of an amphitheatre in the Bussia Monforte d'Alba area. This historic wine was first produced by Prunotto in 1961 as a single-vineyard wine. The balance and complexity of the Nebbiolo grapes are enhanced by the vineyard's different south to south-west exposures and traditional ageing in large barrels.

A great wine that combines the power of Barolo with the finesse of the Monforte terroir. Brilliant ruby red with garnet-coloured reflections, the bouquet is intensely fruity with hints of small red berries and a delicate vanilla note.
