    Carlo Ferrini has once again hit the bull's eye with this bottle. An excellent white with a level of freshness, sharpness and focus that makes it a truly memorable drinking experience. Smells of citrus, wild sage and white flowers, and of course there is plenty of volcanic character with salty minerals, ash and gravel. Winemaking in stainless steel is straightforward, and Carlo holds the wine back a year with each vintage before releasing it to the market.
