Sparkling wine matured on the lees in bottle fermentation from 100% Nerello grapes from high altitudes on the southern slopes of Mount Etna. The vines are between 10 and 20 years old and are trained using the cordon system with spur pruning. They grow on sandy, volcanic, mineral-rich soils.

Fine salmon pink with ruby red reflections. Restrained, fine perlage, intense and delicate bouquet of red fruit.
