    Pellegrino's Grillo Superiore matures longer on the fine lees than Il Salinario. Brilliant straw yellow in the glass. The bouquet is intense and complex, floral and fragrant, the scent of yellow flowers is flanked by buttery notes and hints of peach and hazelnut.
