"Davide Rosso is one of the few Piedmontese winemakers who have found an affinity with Etna. Since 2016, he has been producing wine from a 14-hectare vineyard at 750 metres above sea level on the northern slope of the volcano, in the Contrada of Solicchiata in Castiglione di Sicilia. The year 2021 brought a very dry growing season, and here you will find the higher concentration that can be expected in such a year.
