Passobianco is simply marvellous every year. It rises with a sweet burst of white flowers and candied lime, then pulls the taster back to earth with wet stone and savoury herbs. It's smooth and round with pure fruit flavours that make it creamy as it warms on the palate. Finishes with medium length, is crisp and refreshing and leaves a lingering baked apple note. A single-varietal Chardonnay that is expertly balanced and should develop superbly over several years. SUPERIORE.DE
