"The Passorosso 2022 is spicy in the glass with an herbal attack that leads into ginger-flavoured dried cherries and dusty sage. It is silky-smooth with ripe red and blue fruits. Lively acidity drives the mouthfeel, while it takes on a salty flavour towards the end. It finishes with excellent length and concentration, leaving a layer of fine tannins and a lingering liquorice aftertaste. This wine is anything but your average Etna Rosso, as almost 50% of the fruit comes from Contrada Guardiola." Vinous
