On the palate, the same intense flavours, delicate melting paired with fruity freshness and beautiful length.     "Firm, clear pome fruit and citrus aroma with nutty and somewhat vanilla-spicy woody notes, a little stone fruit as well as vegetal and floral nuances. Ripe, youthful, slightly warm and melting, yet firm and tart fruit, nutty and slightly smoky flavours, some vanilla, very fine acidity, moderate grip, persistent, quite powerful, chalky-salty tones, very good, quite firm and again warm finish with bite and smoky wood notes."
