Distillation is carried out slowly using the hot water bath method in a discontinuous steam still. This preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines and guarantees optimal results in terms of aromas and fragrances.

Soft, elegant and very delicate grappa obtained from two marcs of white Trentino grapes, Chardonnay and Müller-Thurgau. Chardonnay is a grape variety grown in the suitable areas of Vallagarina (lower Trentino) at altitudes between 200 and 500 metres above sea level. Müller-Thurgau is grown on the Brentonico plateau, in some areas of the high hills of Vallagarina and in Val di Cembra. The skilful combination of these two varieties produces a very delicate grappa with a typical grassy fragrance and a gentle, fresh and particularly elegant structure. SUPERIORE.DE

The grapes for Franz Haas' Petit Manseng stay on the vines for one week longer to ripen. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 10 months in used barriques. Strong straw yellow. Highly aromatic, intense bouquet of dried fruits, traces of honey and a subtle minerality. The Muskateller comes from sunny soils of Vallagarina, mainly in the municipalities of Calliano and Besenello. Gewürztraminer, a grape variety native to South Tyrol, is grown in this region between 300 and 500 metres above sea level. "Forte" is a powerful grappa obtained from the grapes of two native red grape varieties of Trentino, Teroldego and Marzemino. The Teroldego marc comes from grapes grown in the Piana Rotaliana, an area dedicated to the production of this native variety. The marc of Marzemino comes from grapes grown in the hilly and partially hilly areas of Vallagarina (lower Trentino), on the right bank of the Adige, in the municipalities of Nomi, Mori and Isera, an excellent location for this typical grape variety. From old vines in the best Lagrein vineyards in Gries near Bolzano comes this Riserva, which is strictly limited every year and has a seductively chocolaty, fruity bouquet. The nose is characterised by appealing wild berries, blood orange and fresh cherries, followed by fine creamy notes and a toasted undertone.
