“Retus” Vinschgauer Sauvignon Bianco Alto Adige DOC 2018
The name "retus" comes from "Rhaetia" or "Raetia", the name of the Roman province. In Celtic, "reit" refers to a mountain village.
Bright straw green. Wild herbs, orange peel, green fruits and spices on the nose. Round and broad on the attack, then more straightforward and restrained in the middle, with enough saline edge and harmonious acidity to buffer the subtle fruit sweetness. The finish is long with flint and stone notes. Great Sauvignon Bianco with a refreshing alpine character. SUPERIORE.DE

“Vigna Kofl Aldein-Eich” Pinot Nero Riserva Alto Adige DOC 2021
The wine comes from impressive altitudes (approx. 1,000 metres above sea level) at the Koflhof in Aldein. Perfect south-facing exposure, ideal sunshine and the daily "Ora" wind ensure optimum ripening of the grapes. Intense, sparkling ruby red colour. Refined bouquet of wild berries and sour cherries. Warm and enveloping on the palate, with a compact structure, present berry fruit and well-integrated tannins. Long and supple final. SUPERIORE.DE
"Very bright, shiny ruby red colour. Beautiful fruit on the nose of juicy blackberries and raspberries, with some tobacco and roasted flavours. Silky on the palate with slender fruit, a nice length and a slight vanilla note underneath." Falstaff
"Exuding hints of Mediterranean scrub, tea rose, ground pepper, graphite and mace, this bright, fragrant red is firm and focused, with chalky tannins defining the fruit of crushed raspberries, redcurrants, blood orange peel and mineral notes. Sip slowly and let this noble red wine open up in the glass." Wine Spectator
"Grilled mushrooms, roasted herbs and red berries on the nose. A hint of vanilla. Spicy and fruity with a medium body, soft tannins and a delicious, creamy finish. Drink now." James Suckling
"Dusty rose and blood orange fade into violet and lavender tones as the 2021 Pinot Noir blossoms in the glass. On the palate, it displays a fine texture and pure wild berries enlivened by zesty acidity, while rosy, floral notes emerge towards the finish. It leaves a layer of soft grippy tannins and a hint of sour citrus that tickles the cheeks and finishes long, balanced and full of character." Vinous
"Loads of raspberry, strawberry and plum fruit sizzle alongside fragrant aniseed and liquorice spices. Remarkably plush with velvety tannins and a charming, fruit-driven acidity." Decanter

“Juvelo” Gewürztraminer Passito Alto Adige DOC 2022 dolce
Andrian's Juvelo gem comes from limestone gravel soil interspersed with angular white dolomite rock. The harvest usually takes place in November, when almost 100% of the grapes are affected by botrytis (noble rot). Rich, sparkling golden yellow colour. Clearly characterised, intense nose, with notes of dried apricot, quince, raspberry and beeswax in the background. Balanced and clear on the attack and finish, very precise, also shows notes of apricot on the palate, some quince, very long final. SUPERIORE.DE
"Rich, sparkling, intense golden yellow colour. Warm and spicy on the nose with creamy honey, preserved apricot and a hint of nutmeg in the background. On the palate with a full-bodied, exotic fruit centre, sweetness paired with vibrant acidity, harmonious and long." Falstaff
"It's beautiful, with candied apricots, dried mangoes, persimmons, orange peel and dried flowers on the nose. It's sweet but bright and vibrant, with a creamy texture. Clean, lively and full of delicious fruit." James Suckling
"Aromatically, it is fruitier (fresh peach, nectarine and apricot) than many of its French Vendange Tardive or Sélection de Grains Nobles peers. On the palate, it is relatively low in acidity but lusciously sugary - a fruit tart in a glass, dusted with the finest sugar spice imaginable. The overall texture is lighter than many sweet wines from Alsace, which tend to have a richer tannic profile. It is the most beautiful of dessert wines and perfect for afternoon tea." Decanter

“Vigna Crivelli” Chardonnay Riserva Alto Adige DOC 2022
This characterful wine comes from grapes grown in the top Crivelli vineyard on calcareous, gravelly-sandy soils. The favourable microclimate with high temperature fluctuations between day and night and strong down winds from the Fennberg influence the character of this crus. In addition, a daily wind from the south ensures good aeration of the berries and ideal sunshine promises the grapes of this elegant grape variety excellent quality.
Crivelli matures in small wooden barrels for 12 months on the lees, which gives it elegance and complexity. Light golden yellow in the glass, fruity bouquet of tropical fruits with a hint of vanilla, strong, balanced and slightly salty flavour. A great Chardonnay with a pleasant fullness and impressive length. SUPERIORE.DE

“Lezér” Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2023 (BIO) · MAGNUM
Lezér means "light" and so it is - in the most delicate sense. Light ruby red in colour, red berries and an interesting hint of violets on the nose. Smoke, freshly cut wood and a fine creaminess on the palate. A thoroughly fresh red wine right through to the finish, which goes well with warm weather and uncomplicated Mediterranean cuisine, especially when slightly chilled. The ageing in different containers such as amphora, cement tank and wooden barrel gives it an additional appeal and an unmistakable profile. SUPERIORE.DE
"A supple balance of redcurrants, raspberries, a hint of lavender and fresh leaves on the nose. Juicy light red cherry on the palate, very fine, rather subtle tannins and an elegant, impressively integrated acidity structure. A summer red wine for the terrace. Best enjoyed slightly chilled." Vinum

“Vigna Oberkerschbaum” Sauvignon Bianco Alto Adige DOC 2021
In South Tyrol, the "Vigna" classification guarantees the origin of a single-vineyard wine. This Sauvignon is a selection of the best grapes from the Oberkerschbaum estate in Buchholz/Salorno at an altitude of around 800 metres. Thanks to the special microclimate, the ideal orientation and the challenging altitude, the Oberkerschbaum estate is one of the most exciting cru sites for South Tyrolean Sauvignon.
Intense straw yellow colour with delicate greenish reflections. Aromas of ripe citrus fruits, grapefruit and bergamot mingle with delicate scents of flint and nettle. This fruitiness continues on the palate - Oberkerschbaum is a Sauvignon of harmonious complexity which, despite its racy acidity, never seems too lean and completely convinces us with its aromatic length. SUPERIORE.DE
"Wildly unique, the 2021 Sauvignon Vigna Oberkerschbaum opens with a beguiling blend of rosemary, split pine and grapefruit zests, giving way to green melon. This is lifted and graceful, gliding across the palate with a saline-tinged blend of tart orchard fruits. A savory herbal thrust adds complexity toward the close. Mineral intense, this leaves the senses completely refreshed, finishing with medium length yet impactful. The Oberkerschbaum hails from a vineyard between 740 and 800 meters, and its high elevation comes through in spades." Vinous

“Fayé" Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2018
Intense garnet red colour with black-violet hues. Open, very complex aroma of blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry, cherry and plum, accompanied by a hint of pepper and cinnamon. On the palate, it is an elegant, dry wine that leads into the remarkable Riserva-level finish with its extract sweetness, tannins and a fine liquorice note. SUPERIORE.DE
"Firm and quite deep aroma of ripe, predominantly black berries with floral nuances, a little Mediterranean herbs, restrained barrel notes and a hint of pepper and juniper. Taut, tart, juicy dark fruit, slightly smoky notes, relatively present, yet very fine and rather crumbly tannins, persistent on the palate, some nutty and a hint of tobacco wood spice, hints of liquorice in the background, elegant style despite its power, fine peppery and juniper tones, mineral notes, very good, firm, tart, juicy and finely spicy finish." Wein-plus
"A beguiling blend of black raspberries, peppery herbs, cedar and exotic spices makes the 2018 Rosso Faye impossible to ignore. It's soft and supple, with bracing acidity that gives an energised feel, even as masses of ripe red and blue fruit flood the palate with youthful concentration. Sweet tannins frame the finish, which tapers off surprisingly juicy and fresh with a saline note and a lingering hint of lavender. This expressive vintage of Rosso Faye may not be as long-lived as the great vintages, but it will offer a broad and open drinking window." Vinous
"A vivid red, bright on the palate and with good concentration to the flavors of ripe black and red currant fruit, with fragrant notes of oolong tea, bay leaf and sassafras. Shows taut tannins enmeshed in the detailed flavor profile, while a zesty streak of milled pepper drives the finish." Wine Spectator
"A classic from the promising Faedo winery. Cru Paradisot, 50 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon, with Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Lagrein. Small black fruits on the nose, blueberry and blackberry, a hint of thyme and nutmeg, balsamic finish. Dense mouthfeel, iodised tannins, lingering finish." Luca Gardini

“Perlé" Metodo Classico Trento DOC 2017 brut
A terrificvintage sparkling wine that is only produced in the best years, when the upper hills around Trento have a fantastic Chardonnay harvest. Over four years of ageing on the lees gives the Perlé its shimmering golden colour, creamy texture and fine, never-ending perlage. SUPERIORE.DE
"Bright straw yellow with light golden reflections. The nose initially smells of cold butter, a little roasted hazelnut, with candied lemon peel and a hint of sea salt. Shows effervescent perlage and a clear centre on the palate, then opens up elegantly and finely, compact, with a light blood orange final, solid every year." Falstaff
"The Brut Perlé Trento 2017 combines lively ripe apples and pears with enriching notes of raw almonds and white flowers. It opens with a pretty inner sweetness contrasted by salty minerals that add a pleasing crunch, while ripe orchard fruits give way to a hint of hazelnut. Despite its size, the 2017 is remarkably fresh, finishing with candied ginger and a tart hint of Granny Smith." Vinous
"White nougat with toasted almonds and fresh sponge cake dominate the nose of this always-reliable Italian stalwart from the Alpine heights of Trentino. Made from estate-grown fruit only, this is an elegant sparkler with its vivid, altitude-induced freshness countered by subtle richness and supported by fine mousse. Purity, briskness, real depth and poise: you just want to take another sip." Decanter

“Phileo” Vinschgauer Weißburgunder Alto Adige DOC 2019
The name "phileo" is based on the first name Filomena of the mother of the current owner Franz Pratzner. She had a decisive influence on Weinhof Falkenstein, which is why a selection from the best Pinot Blanc vineyards was created for the first time in 2016, which will bear her name from now on. This spontaneously fermented Pinot Bianco sets standards - in its creaminess, present acidity and minerality and with its great ageing potential. With its delicate apple flavours and subtle vanilla and citrus notes, it is a benchmark for the region's most famous white grape variety! SUPERIORE.DE

“Retus” Vinschgauer Sauvignon Bianco Alto Adige DOC 2019
The name "retus" comes from "Rhaetia" or "Raetia", the name of the Roman province. In Celtic, "reit" refers to a mountain village.
Bright straw green colour. Wild herbs, orange peel, green fruit and spices on the nose. Round and broad on the attack, then more straightforward and restrained in the centre, with enough of a salty edge and harmonious acidity to buffer the subtle fruit sweetness. The finish is long with flint and stone notes. Great Sauvignon Bianco with a refreshingly alpine character. SUPERIORE.DE
"Candied and cedar notes, a leafy character and a quince core. On the palate there’s complexity and concentration, with wet wool notes, a medium body and long, crisp acidity. Almonds in the finish." James Suckling

Smells of fresh spring green, the generous palate is characterised by mirabelle plum, nectarine and a vibrant freshness that leads to a refreshing finish with lemon and minerals. SUPERIORE.DE

“Baron Salvadori” Chardonnay Riserva Alto Adige DOC 2022
One of the really great Chardonnays from South Tyrol: bright, intense light golden yellow in colour. In the powerful yet harmonious Chardonnay Baron Salvadori, the aromas of fine vanilla cream and ripe fruit change in quick succession. Fresh and round on the palate, the accentuated fruit is accompanied by balanced acidity, a fine salty vein and well-integrated wood spice. SUPERIORE.DE
"A restrained, tight and minerally wine. On the nose it’s fresh and citrusy, with lemon leaf, cedar and butter notes. The attack is silky, with weight, concentration and a tight-knit structure of fruit and acidity. It’s zesty, medium-bodied and savory. Precise at the end." James Suckling

“Vinalia” Goldmuskateller Passito Alto Adige DOC 2020 dolce
Named after the ancient Roman wine festivals, Passito Vinalia is a sweet dessert wine that goes particularly well with South Tyrolean apple strudel. The strictly selected grapes, which are air-dried after the harvest, come from the sun-drenched vineyards on the slopes of Bolzano at 300 to 400 metres above sea level. They are gently pressed around 4 months after the harvest and then fermented in used French barriques.
Golden yellow with amber-coloured nuances, the nose is captivated by the aroma of ripe apricots, pineapple, sugar melons and peaches, as well as candied exotic fruits. The flavour is impressively opulent with a very refreshing and harmonious acidity. A masterpiece! SUPERIORE.DE

“Schweizer” Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC 2019
A masterpiece is the strong ruby red Pinot Nero Schweizer, which is only produced in the best vintages. Its bouquet is large, complex and reminiscent of very ripe small forest berries. These particular aromas are also found in the mouth, in combination with ripe, candied dark cherry and delicate floral and red berry notes. Juicy, wide palate, mouth-filling and with delicate, sveltenuances and an inviting and slightly tannic body that, together with the well-proportioned acidity, gives the wine a long life. SUPERIORE.DE
"Redcurrant, floral, spicy oak and forest floor bouquet. The tannins are ripe and smooth, and the acidity is nicely lifted; slightly peppery finish. Good ageing potential." Decanter
"Closed in its trademark screw cap, the Franz Haas 2019 Alto Adige Pinot Nero Schweizer is a a true beauty. There is so much freshness here, and the wine offers all the brilliant floral and wild berry tones that are characteristic of this delicate grape. This wine delivers those varietal aromas with flare. It ages in barrique for 12 months." Wine Advocate
"This has complex notes of sage, lemon leaves, porcini, black cherries, currants, nutmeg and tobacco. Vibrant and medium-bodied with tight-grained tannins. Beautiful balance of bright berry fruit and dark spice. Long and persistent." James Suckling
"From the undisputed master of Pinot Noir in South Tyrol, the nose has sensations of marasca cherries in alcohol, touches of pepper leaf and nuances of orange zest. The palate has iodine tannins, crispness, density and tension, with fruity-citrusy return and great persistence." Luca Gardini

“Linticlarus” Pinot Nero Riserva Alto Adige DOC 2020
First-class, ruby-red Pinot Noir with a garnet-red shimmer. Fine fruity bouquet of wild berries and cherries. An elegant red, well-proportioned and never overloaded, but with a clear identity and elegant character. SUPERIORE.DE
"The Pinot Noir Riserva Linticlarus 2020 is a dark, seductive wine with aromas of spice, shaved cedar, black raspberry and menthol. On the palate, it is round, energetic and perfumed, with tart forest fruits supported by lively acidity. The minerality comes through on the finish, leaving a saline stain, while sour citrus and lavender notes fade. The 2020 is a real charmer and already very enjoyable today." Vinous
"The 2020 Pinot Noir Riserva Linticlarus shows medium-soft ripeness with dark berry fruit, wild cherry and violet. The delicate and silky nature of the wine is very enjoyable and there is a hint of campfire smoke or charred spice on the close. Fruit is sourced from high-elevation sites, ranging from 450 to 800 meters above sea level." Wine Advocate
