Since the 2020 vintage, Haberle has been called Versalto and is certified organic. Diversity as a focus: Versalto is characterised by geological, microclimatic and cultural contrasts. Its grapes come from the Haberlehof farm in Buchholz on the eastern side of the Adige Valley and from the opposite vineyards in Penon above Margreid. Both vineyards are located at an altitude of around 500 metres and guarantee optimal conditions for the variety.

The 2022 Pinot Bianco Versalto shows crisp aromas of unripe pear and orchard-fresh apple. The primary fruit is followed by tea biscuit and macadamia nut.
