A tribute to two outstanding vineyards where something special can be felt, seen and felt and which have inspired cellar master Harald Schraffl to create something equally special from their grapes. A wine and the essence that expresses the essence of the small plots in its purest form, whose typicity tells the story of the South Tyrol of tomorrow, a timeless wine with recognition value in an international context.

The Chardonnay vines for NAMA are between 30 and 40 years old. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, the must is pre-clarified by natural, static sedimentation, fermented and matured in small oak barrels on the lees for 18 months. The wine is then matured for a further year on the lees in stainless steel tanks and a further year in the bottle. SUPERIORE.DE

The nose has a subtle hint of cold smoke and precious wood, with fine hints of stone fruit, sealing wax and some chestnut cream in the background.
