    "Quite firm and surprisingly cool, deep and complex citrus-pomaceous fruit aroma with some peach skin, blackcurrant notes as well as nutty, tobacco and delicately smoky flavours. Dense, firm and juicy in the mouth, ripe fruit with very fine acidity and grip, nutty and fine vegetal flavours, a little ethereal, restrained power, deep and persistent on the palate, complex aromas, again tobacco and slightly smoky wood, a hint of bacon, light currant tones, salt in the background, still undeveloped, very good, firm, juicy, melting and finely spicy finish with a lot of pressure."
