    Sauvignon Blanc Praesulis unfolds in the glass with hints of spicy herbs and lemon peel accompanied by gooseberries, grapefruit, and elderberries. Reassuringly soft and with a pleasant inner sweetness, it blends candied lemon with sour melon and lively acidity to create a powerful but juicy style on the palate.
