A rosé made from Sangiovese according to the classic Pet-Nat method, harvested in the last half of August and whose carbonic acid is created unplanned by the almost complete fermentation of the sugar in the bottle. Occhione is a racy, fresh cuvée made from 90% Vermentino and 10% Viognier. Bright light yellow in colour with greenish reflections.
