A rosé made from Sangiovese according to the classic Pet-Nat method, harvested in the last half of August and whose carbonic acid is created unplanned by the almost complete fermentation of the sugar in the bottle. This is the second vintage of the currently only Bolgheri Superiore that is produced apart from the classic French Bordeaux grape varieties. It consists of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Syrah. Two grape varieties that the Sattas have studied for several decades and whose quality has convinced us and the international critics for many years. Marianova combines great aromatic breadth with gigantic drinking pleasure and at the same time underlines the great individuality of the winery like no other wine.
