    "Villa Petrognano" Bianco Pomino DOC 2022

    The owner of Selvapiana, Francesco Giuntini, and the owner of the Petrognano winery, Cecilia Galeotti Ottieri, have a long friendship. Their small winery, located on Tuscany's border with Emilia Romagna, lies in the middle of the Pomino DOC, which was first mentioned in a document in 1716 and is one of the first four protected appellations in Tuscany (along with Rufina Classico, Carmignano and Valdarno Superiore).

    For some years now, the two have been linked by the "Villa Petrognano" project - under this name, a clear, very well-structured white is produced under Selvapiana's aegis. On the nose, delicious notes of white peach, apple and rose, followed by honey and traces of star jasmine.
