    Very appetising Sauvignon Blanc from Tuscany, fermented in steel, wood and terracotta. Pale straw yellow in colour, with a beautiful aroma of light berries, mint, chamomile and wild flowers. Round, harmonious and fresh flavour that is vibrant and aromatic. Only 8,000 bottles are produced each year. SUPERIORE.DE

    "Here's an exciting new addition to the Fontodi portfolio that focuses mostly on reds. This white made with old-vine Trebbiano is part of an encouraging trend to highlight this age-worthy variety. The 2022 Bianco Fontodi is a real beauty, with a creamy or almost glossy texture that acts as a sounding board to aromas of nectarine, honey and the waxy rind of a fresh lemon. It has a slightly salty or mineral finish. It should be fascinating to see how bottle aging changes the wine over the next five years or so. Trebbiano should embrace a promising evolution."
