    Metodo Classico Chiaro di Bolle matures on the lees for 18 months. Bright, pale straw yellow in colour. A Blanc de Noir made from 100% Sangiovese with an elegant verticality of citrus fruit, with a hint of fresh flowers and bread crust that play around the delicate bouquet.
