Sister Moon was the first wine composition under Sting's direction and was logically named after one of his most famous songs. Dark ruby red in colour, complex on the nose and with intense cherry fruit and hints of spices on the palate, a little smoke, very harmonious and long. Well-integrated wood does not make this red wine heavy or one-dimensional, but rounds off the flavour on the palate masterfully and long with beautifully integrated tannins. SUPERIORE.DE
