    "The 2023 Il Rosé di Casanova is exotic and unmistakable. Almost Sauvignon Blanc-like in character, it develops notes of kiwi, gooseberry, grapefruit, thyme and tomato leaves. Bright, fleshy and slightly grippy, it leaves an absolutely dry, bitter flavour in the mouth (in a good way) that demands another sip. A tropical hint of mango and papaya lingers on the finish."
