Helichrysum is a selection of the best grapes from the highest parcel of the estate, where the soils are both clayey and of volcanic origin.

Exotic, spicy, seductive and sensual - these are just some of the words that come to mind when you smell the bouquet of Helichrysum 2020. Sour cherries mingle with mint, sage, cedar dust and white smoke to create a seductive spectacle. The texture is velvety with ripe, polished fruit that seems to come in waves, building more and more tension each time, while minerals and fine tannins slowly saturate. The sheer density almost masks its structural strength, which is not to say that it lacks balance, as the wine already presents itself to us in perfect and concentrated form.
