Blend of Sangiovese (approx. 80%) and Petit Verdot from the south-west slope in small quantities < 5,000 bottles. Only the Sangiovese matures for a few months in French oak, after which it is blended and matured in the bottle. Ruby red in colour with violet reflections. This delicately fruity olive oil is mainly made from the Correggiolo variety. The fruit from the olive groves of the Talenti estate in Montalcino is carefully picked by hand and the oil is extracted within 48 hours of harvesting in order to bring the qualitative characteristics of the product into the bottle in the best possible way. The color is beautiful green with golden reflections, the taste is fruity, intense with spicy notes of artichoke, tomato and herbs. Selection of 100% Sangiovese grapes from the estate's vineyards, which are located on the south-eastern and south-western slopes of the municipality of Montalcino at an altitude of 250 to 400 metres above sea level.
