    "The 2021 Rosso di Montalcino is impossible to ignore, wafting up with a mentholated freshness that gives way to hauntingly dark florals and crushed blackberries. It's soothingly round and supple with ripe red fruits and cooling acidity as a flourish of sweet spice emerges toward the close. It leaves a licorice and a bitter balsamic tinge while maintaining a lovely freshness. Fanti did a wonderful job with the dry warmth of the vintage.
