Wines from Veneto

Bertani's rosé is a fresh, fruity, yet full-bodied wine. The Molinara grape, vinified as a red wine, and a small proportion of white (!) Merlot give the Chiaretto its unmistakable vivacity. SUPERIORE.DE

Due Uve bianco is a cheerful and informal blend of Chardonnay and Garganega and pays homage to the volcanic soils that characterise the vineyards east of Verona. The Garganega is cold-soaked on the skins just before pressing, and both grape components are fermented in French oak barrels. Allegrini's Aceto di Vino is the result of a careful tasting of a selection of the company's own wines and subsequent refinement in 225l oak barriques over a period of 36 months. Dark, intensely sparkling ruby red. On the nose cherries, blackberries, blueberries and spices, rounded off with a nice mineral and balsamic touch. Youthfully cool on the palate, initially even rather purist, it becomes smoother with increasing air intake and reveals its spicy vein. Produced using the appassimento or Amarone method, this Valpolicella has a rich ruby-violet colour. The nose has compact notes of ripe cherries, blackberries, some cloves, elderberries and liquorice, with subtle notes of chocolate in the background. Silky texture with an abundance of sweet fruit, balanced by salty minerals and savoury spices. A hint of sour tangerine and citrus adds further depth.
