    The grapes for the Soave Classico "Vintage Edition", vinified according to the Veronese tradition, come from Bertani's vineyards on the western slope of the volcanic Soave hill, north of the castle. Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The multi-layered nose is reminiscent of peach, pear and apricot. Soft and mouth-filling on the palate, lingering and persistent.
