    Dark, intensely sparkling ruby red. On the nose cherries, blackberries, blueberries and spices, rounded off with a nice mineral and balsamic touch. Youthfully cool on the palate, initially even rather purist, it becomes smoother with increasing air intake and reveals its spicy vein.
