    "The oldest vines of the estate at 85-years-old. The warmest site, south-facing. While palpably dry, the fruit becomes intuitively tropical of nature by virtue of the site's proclivity for later harvesting. Thus, the 'Vendemmia Tardiva' nomenclature. The only wine at this address that sees oak (large, neutral French), handled beautifully as a buttress for the teeming fruit, laced with gingery spice across a long, bolshy finish." James Suckling
